CFZYJ Series Low-Headroom Static Pile Driver

80 t · 160 t · 200 t — hydraulic pile pressing inside existing factory buildings, renovation projects and tight urban sites. No noise, no vibration, no spoil.

Static Pile Driver

Pile Jacking Where Nothing Else Fits

The CFZYJ series is a compact hydraulic static pile press built for jobs conventional rigs cannot enter: inside existing workshops, between plant equipment, next to occupied buildings. It clamps the pile and pushes it into the ground with pure hydraulic force — silent, vibration-free and with zero spoil.

Three Sizes, One Platform

All three models share the same low-headroom philosophy: short clamp stroke, built-in pile crane and a walking chassis that repositions itself inside the building.

CFZYJ80 Indoor Pile Press

The most compact unit — drives Ø350–400 mm piles with only 900 mm side clearance. Ideal for reinforcement inside operating factories.

CFZYJ160 Indoor Pile Press

The workhorse of the range — 14 m pile sections, Ø500 mm round piles and a 12 t pile crane, yet still presses 1 m from a wall.

CFZYJ200 Indoor Pile Press

The heavy-duty unit — 2000 kN jacking force and a 16 t crane for large-diameter, deep-foundation work in confined industrial sites.

How It Works

The CFZYJ press clamps the pile between fixed and moving jaws, then uses long-stroke hydraulic cylinders to press it statically into the ground. Because the load is transferred without impact, surrounding soil is densified rather than disturbed — with minimal noise, vibration and settlement.

A self-walking chassis crawls along the jacking line inside the building, and the built-in crane picks and pitches each pile section, so no external crane is needed in the confined space.

Key Advantages

  • Low headroom design — works under factory ceilings and inside existing buildings.
  • Presses piles as close as 0.9–1.6 m from walls and columns for foundation reinforcement.
  • No noise, no vibration, no spoil — neighbouring production lines keep running.
  • Direct jacking-force readout provides an instant, reliable pile-bearing record.
  • Handles steel pipe, PHC pipe, precast square and section-steel piles.

Typical Applications

Factory Reinforcement

Foundation strengthening inside operating plants — production lines stay in service while piles are pressed between equipment.

Urban Infill & Renovation

New buildings squeezed between existing structures where a conventional piling rig cannot physically fit.

Bridges & Approaches

Bridge abutments and approach spans where vibration from impact driving would damage existing structures.

Metro & Shield Shafts

Shaft and cut-and-cover works in built-up districts with strict noise and settlement limits.

Hospitals & Schools

Extensions adjacent to occupied, vibration-sensitive buildings — work continues during teaching and treatment hours.

Equipment Foundations

Heavy machine and warehouse-rack foundations added inside existing logistics and industrial buildings.

Service & Shipping

  • Pre-shipment inspection with photographic report before loading.
  • Robust export packing — flat-rack, break-bulk or container as required by model size.
  • Complete documentation: invoice, packing list, CO, Form A/E, insurance.
  • Optional on-site commissioning and operator training by our engineers.
  • 12-month warranty plus lifetime technical support and spare-part supply.
