Real machines, real sites, real results — a selection of the projects our equipment is working on around the world.
A contractor building a high-rise commercial tower in a densely built-up district needed a foundation solution that would not disturb neighbouring structures. A diesel hammer was ruled out by noise restrictions; bored piles would have been slow and costly to dispose of the spoil.
The ZYC800 static pile driver was selected for its ability to jack 500 mm spun piles to a 45 m design depth with no noise, no vibration and no spoil removal. On site, the machine averaged more than 900 m of pile per 8-hour shift, and the client subsequently ordered a second unit for a following project.
Six CFA drilling rigs supplied for a 42 km expressway section, commissioned on site by our engineers.
MalaysiaTubular piles driven from a barge using a 16 t hydraulic hammer, with a two-year spare-parts package.
UAETwo ZYC600 units for a process plant, configured for high ambient temperature and local road limits.
NigeriaFive reconditioned 30 t excavators and a wheel loader delivered with spares kit and operator training.
VietnamA ZYC400 static pile driver working in a city centre, jacking spun piles between existing buildings.
PeruRotary bored piles Ø1500 mm to 40 m depth for a river crossing, drilled through gravel and weathered rock.
"The machine arrived exactly as described, and your engineer stayed on site until our operators were confident. That is rare in this business."
Project Manager
Foundation contractor — Singapore
"We ordered six rigs at once. Lead time and paperwork were exactly as promised, and the spare-parts kit meant we started work the day they landed."
Equipment Director
Infrastructure group — Indonesia
"Buying used equipment is usually a risk. Here I received photographs, a video and a written report before paying — and the machines matched them."
